Dear Mobility Plus PT Patients,
We wanted to provide you with an update on our physical therapy operations during this challenging period. We have been working hard to ensure that we can provide continuing care for our patients and at the same time making sure that we keep you and our staff safe.
At this time Mobility Plus Physical Therapy has transitioned certain physical therapy visits to Telehealth. Telehealth would allow you to access physical therapy services remotely from your home. Telehealth allows the physical therapist to deliver PT services via phone, tablet or computer. We are currently using Doxy.me, face time and Skype for service delivery.
We will work with you on your initial evaluation and prescribe your treatment plan. Existing patients can also access Telehealth to assess and progress your exercise program, provide feedback on functional and daily activities, advise range of motion and self-mobilization techniques as well as answer any other questions you may have.
As always, we take great pride and caring for all of our patients. We do not want this crisis to stop you from starting your therapy or keep you from achieving your rehab goals. Telehealth is covered by most insurances so please give us a call to set up your Telehealth visit.
